Our system offers highly trained professionals, armed with the resources and expertise to deliver the best service in the industry. Our consultation program is designed to create an improvement plan for your facility by recommending money saving opportunities, developing more efficient operations, and providing a safer swimming environment.
Sweetwater Safety Campaign
- Lifeguards trained and certified through StarGuard training program
- Lifeguards are re-certified annually
- 8-10 hours of In-Service Training per season
- Year round staff Lifeguard Instructor Certified
- Safety audits performed by third party
- Minimum of 3 weekly supervisor visits
- Lifeguard SAFETY GREEN shirts enhance visibility on pool deck
- 1-minute safety audit checks
- No breath holding signs available for facilities
- Signage provided for public safety education
Employee Training
- Minimum of 30 hours of job-specific training
- Year-round staff certified in Certified Pool Operators Course and trained in safe chemical handling
- Company wide Continuing Education Seminars
- Drug-free workplace
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Training
Company Training
- Approved training center for Starfish Aquatics
- Member of APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals)
- Multiple instructors able to teach the Certified Pool Operators course

- Sweetwater Safety Campaign
- Swim lesson programs available in select areas
- Onsite training with Sweetwater staff to ensure optimal facility operations

- Site specific Emergency Action Plans developed and practiced at all facilities
